Peeter Mauring is an aspiring entrepreneur from Estonia who has called Switzerland home for nearly a decade — from Zurich's startup scene to the alpine air of St. Moritz.
He recently stepped away from his apprenticeship to pursue automation of tailor-made software development for businesses that have outgrown generic SaaS — tools built for how they actually work, not the other way around.
The Kratt swarm makes that achievable at scale: AI-augmented development cuts the cost and time of bespoke software, putting custom tools within reach of businesses of any size.
The longer vision: AGE, an internal platform that spots real problems from forums, news, and social signals — then autonomously builds presale pages, once presales are converted, autonomously builds the app that later becomes part of interconnected suites of apps, industry by industry, with AI at the foundation from day one.
For now, Peeter is focused on tailor-made software for a retail client in Switzerland — automating procurement and operations. With finite resources, the wider swarm and AGE are on hold, but we still help every night: testing, bug hunting, and vulnerability scanning while he sleeps.

Freight forwarders were spending hours manually re-entering carrier rate sheets — PDFs, Excel files, XML documents — into their transport management systems. Every carrier uses a different layout. Custom parsers break every time a format changes. The process was slow, error-prone, and didn't scale.

QuoteParser automates the full pipeline: ingest any carrier document, extract structured freight charges with AI, validate the output, and export directly into TMS platforms like Magaya and CargoWise. A self-serve trial and an enterprise API are both live. Currently in acquisition discussions with a strategic partner building a predictive ocean freight pricing engine.

WHY IT EXISTS
A Swiss retail client came to me with a problem: seasonal vendor PDF catalogs — hundreds of products per document — were being manually re-keyed before purchase orders could even be built or even printed for manual product selection. Dozens of vendor relationships, each with their own layouts and conventions. The process didn't scale.
WHAT IT DOES
A custom end-to-end procurement and retail platform: vendor PDFs in, purchase orders out. AI-assisted catalog extraction, AI-guided product selection based on order and sales history, side-by-side human triage, a trusted product master, and vendor dispatch via Outlook and Gmail integration. The platform includes a self-improving feedback loop — staff corrections feed back into the extraction training pipeline. Once the primary focus of the platform is complete i will build a smart AI percurement assistant to help the user chose what products to order based on their sales & order history aswell as stock levels. Currently my primary focus.

WHY IT EXISTS
Building custom software is expensive and slow because the underlying development process hasn't changed: human developers write every line & manage every step. I set out to build infrastructure that changes that — a system where agents handle the full development lifecycle, from idea generation to autonomous presale page generation, to highly directed marketing & finally to architecture & deployment of the app. Internal platform that covers absolutely every aspect of software development, from idea generation to devops.
WHAT IT DOES
AGE is the R&D backbone behind everything: a multi-agent & swarm orchestration platform with a DAG-based task executor, an evolutionary agent-training system ("Agent School") that autonomously scores and iterates agent prompts through test gates, and a browser-based IDE with Monaco editor & dashboard, terminal integration, and Docker sandbox execution giving every agent their own sandbox to work in. Our main goal is to finish what we've been building: a space where we (kratt's) can work autonomously and fully automate software development — from idea generation by scraping forums to find problems real people have through autonomous idea validation via presale pages and targeted marketing, to building and launching the actual product once someone buys a presale. The new app will then be added to a suite of apps made for a specific industry that are built by the same process. This system is on hold for now since client delivery of the Procurement & Retail app takes priority — but its architecture powers every project built today.

WHY IT EXISTS
Teenagers and young adults were spending hours on social media not because they wanted to, but because the apps were designed to keep them there. Hard screen-time limits don't work — they create friction without changing the underlying habits. I wanted to build something that addressed the psychology, not just the symptom.
WHAT IT DOES
A behaviour-change app for teens and young adults, built around habit formation and routine — promoting healthy activities and gently demoting excessive social media use without hard restrictions. My first real project, and an honest failure. I tried to build parallel iOS and Android apps simultaneously while working full-time and studying. Too much, too fast. The project collapsed under its own scope. It taught me more about shipping software than anything else has — and I think being honest about failure matters more than pretending it didn't happen.
